Close two jars tonight and keep just one on the counter. Do it before you finish reading.

Go to your shelf, pick the one you actually use most weeks, and put the other two in the cupboard. Tape a small note with today’s date on the one you kept. That is your jar for the next two weeks.

If you train, work, and try to eat well, you probably have more than one tub open. A pre-workout for training days, a protein that is half gone, and two or three functional mushroom supplements you bought because each sounded useful. Nothing wrong with that. It just makes it hard to know what fits your day.

This is not about which mushroom is best. It is about giving one a clear run so your routine can tell you something.

Why one jar teaches more than three

When everything is open, everything gets a little dose. A scoop of this on Monday, a capsule of that on Thursday, nothing on the weekend because you were out. After a month you cannot say what you liked, because you never kept anything steady.

One jar changes that. Same time, same place, same amount as the label says, for two weeks. You will notice if you enjoy the taste in the morning, if you remember it without an alarm, if it fits your training days and your rest days. That information is worth more than another review.

It also saves money. Open tubs go stale, clump, and get forgotten. Finishing what you have before opening the next one keeps your shelf honest.

Match the jar to the part of the day

Think in moments, not in promises. Each of these has a natural home in a normal day.

You do not need all four at once. Pick the moment that feels most scattered right now, and let one jar own it.

How to run your two-week check

Keep it simple enough to do on tired days.

After two weeks, look at the line count. If you took it most days without forcing it, that habit fits your life. If you missed half, the timing was wrong, not you. Move it to another moment or pause it and finish another jar.

Your sport nutrition supplements work the same way. Protein helps most when it fills the thin part of your day, creatine when it is daily, pre-workout when training is real and not when you need an afternoon rescue. The jar you keep on the counter should make the rest easier, not busier.

Tonight, close the extra jars. Keep one out. In two weeks you will have an answer that no label could give you, because you lived it.
